Hitech having a no out source policy manufactures all its products in house in our state of the art production facility in Gandhinagar, gujarat. Our production facilities producing products like rubber fenders, steel frames, mooring hooks, aids to navigation, offshore products, hydraulics and software integration products all under one roof.

Hitech rubber unit is equipped with best quality rubber mixers and roller mills to provide our clients with a consistent and well engineered rubber product. Molding occurs in our multiple 4000T hydraulics presses to generate the best molding temperature and pressure which results in a world class rubber product. 

Our full scale and AWS certified fabrication facility has the best equipments like CNC cutters, plasma cutters, TIG/MIG/ARC welding machines, SAW automated robots etc. These state of the art machines coupled with our experienced fabrication team helps Hitech to achieve world class quality.

Hitech Polyethylene buoys are manufactured by the latest generation of rotational molded machines which allow even heating and cooling process and our inhouse plastic grinders and mixers help in creating a fantastic plastic blend that may last for upto 15 years in harsh marine enviroment.

Hitech employs the best CNC machines to manufacture quick release hook components in- house.all components aremachined to perfection and quality tested to ensure performance in field. Hitech also produces customised softwares for products like berthing aids and smart monitoring softwares.
