Hitech products are critical to port and offshore operations and generally need professional oversight during installation and system commissioning. Hitech, therefore, expands the range of services provided by our highly qualified experts and includes installation, commissioning, and on-site acceptance and demonstration.
Even after the order has been successfully fulfilled to the satisfaction of our client, our dedication remains. One of the numerous services we provide to our clients is a site evaluation that includes a personalized maintenance plan. Regular maintenance on every component of the system enables early detection of possible faults and prompt remedial action.
We provide an Inspection and Maintenance Program, which covers service intervals and a maintenance checklist for the systems, as part of our after-sales support. Hitech products have a long service life if maintenance is followed and staff members are properly trained.
