Testing and Quality control

All of our products are tested in compliance with the following standards: PIANC 2002, BS 6349, EAU 2012, EC3, DIN 18800, BS 5950, and AISC. Hitech not only adheres to the most recent industry testing standards but also takes the lead in pushing them, helping the sector establish the highest possible level of quality. 

All of our rubber products are approved for type approvals in accordance with PIANC guidelines. To ensure that all items are produced to the highest standards, each of our production lines has a team of professional stage-by-stage inspectors.

Our in-house testing press, which has a 4000T capacity, is outfitted with industry-leading monitoring software, which allows the client and inspectors to see the energy absorbed and reaction in real time. Hitech is proud to say that it has developed the largest testing press of 5 meter X 13 meter to test even the largest fenders available today.

Modern testing tools including the PIANC type testing machine, TGI analysis, rheometer, creep analysis, abrasion, tension, compression, shear, ozone, testing, blast furnace, specific gravity, etc. are all available at our in-house laboratory. To verify that all rubber compounds meet the company
standards, samples of each batch of rubber produced in the rubber plant are verified in our lab.
