INTRO

Hitech polyethylene Buoys are manufactured from rotationally molded UV-stabilised polyethylene and are designed to offer a low-maintenance, high-visibility solution to marine navigation. Polyethylene is an eco-friendly and recyclable material that offers a wide range of benefits such as being lightweight, self-pigmented, environmentally stable, cost-effective, and having less effect on marine growth. These buoys are filled with marine grade polyethylene close cell foam to make the buys virtually unsinkable and perform in the worst of conditions.
Hitech manufactures the buoys in-house with a rotational molding method to ensure even thickness, strong bonding, and excellent finish.
Larger buoys are made from 2 or 4 segments which are fitted in a base structure for ease of transportation as well as protection from damages that may occur to anyone float.
Hitech PE buoys come with many different configurations like LED lanterns, AIS features, radar reflectors, sinker and mooring chains, superstructure, etc.
A wide range of sizes and types are available up to 3500 mm in diameter.

Features

Specially formulated, eco-friendly, lightweight, and UV-stabilized polyethylene compound is used
The whole thickness of the buoy is self pigmented hence no painting is necessary
polyethylene material used is highly stable in cold and hot conditions and hence can be used in any climate
Lightweight construction allows for easy transport and lower cost of installation and maintenance
Floats are filled with marine-grade polyethylene closed-cell foam hence they are puncture resistant and unsinkable
Larger buoys come with 2 or 4 sections of floats thus it is easy to replace one float in case of damage or maintenance
In most cases, polyethylene buoys are the most cost-effective solution over their steel or foam counterparts
Hitech buoys come with an option of 4 point mooring which makes the buoy very stable in a channel or can be used for mooring purposes
Single piece molding up to 2600 mm dia and quad float models up to 4 meters in diameter are available.

ATON S SERIES

ATON 700S

ATON 1250E is a single piece, rotationally molded, seamless hull, construction engineered to make them most suitable for harbors and inland waterways. Polyethylene provides a lightweight construction that is robust and durable. Its weight, combined with two (2) or optional four (4) lifting eyes, makes it very easy to deploy from small vessels. ATON 1250E is ideal for use on navigation channels and inland waterways. It can also accommodate signboards and other optional items.

ATON 1000S

ATON 1000S is a single piece, rotationally molded seamless hull construction engineered to make them most suitable for coastal, back-waters, harbors, and Inland waterways. The dual configuration of the mooring eye allows the use of one pendant chain to increase stability even in flowing waters. The lightweight and robust construction is easy to deploy and multiple lifting eyes make it easier to handle and move. It can also accommodate signboards and other optional items.

ATON 1250S

Not only is it used for AtoN buoys but is capable of housing a host of weather and sea condition data. Several options are available and are also capable of customization to meet client demands.

ATON 1500D

A unique heavy-duty design and robust construction make ATON 1500D most suitable for applications where water depths are less, and sea conditions rough with high swell and high impact wave zones. The modular engineering of ATON 1500D provides flexibility for providing higher focal plane options with improved stability making it suitable for extreme environmental conditions.

ATON 2000Q

ATON 2500Q comprises four (4) rotationally molded hull sections combined with the molded superstructure. ATON 2600Q is ideally suited for open-sea applications and channel marking. The heavy-duty construction makes it ideal for rough sea conditions and provides an excellent visual aspect to the mariner.

ATON 2500Q

ATON 3000Q

ATON 3000Q is specifically designed for harsh, open-sea conditions. Four rotationally molded hull sections are supported by a strong steel frame combined with a molded superstructure. ATON 300Q is ideal for use as a water buoy and is also capable of carrying weather and sea monitoring equipment together with AIS. ATON 3000 has 4 point mooring option also available which is very necessary for tight mooring circles in open water conditions like fairway buoys.
