Hi-Tech diaphragm is a dome of reinforced rubber clamped into a ring which can be made a part of the leg or skirt sleeve. Diaphragm clouse seal the legs and skirt sleeves of off shore platforms during transportation and installation to provide buoyancy and keep out foreign material.
